The Dragon King, grew up on Earth, but came to WyrdeHaven to fulfil his duty and take the throne.
Husband to Katherine, Yoko, Do’reiko and soon Mierin and Kiyo too.
Also known as Nesu-Heru-Ma’at-Sa[1] in Ta'mery
His father had him taken to Earth by a wetnurse named Sara, and the reason for this move remains unclear. Chara hypothesises that it was because she had to go back to the Dragon’s Roost to ensure the continuation of her line (begetting, amongst others, her eldest daughter Kiyo).
Another possibility is that it was to ensure the young crown prince’s safety.
Observations by other courtiers, including the Lord High Chamberlain, suggest that Uilliam felt betrayed when Chara left, prompting him to pronounce her 'dead in childbirth', and subsequently sent Frank to Earth because he couldn't bear seeing him, the reminder of the perceived betrayal, every day. Uilliam provided a monthly stipend to ensure Sara and Frank could live a comfortable, if not luxurious, life.
