The Tuatha dé Danann mostly live on the archipelago of Tír na nÓg, off of the coast of Avalon.
Being mostly human, they do share traits with High Elves and are a separate race, semi-autonomously ruled by their own nobility and royalty, under a high king, elected by their nobility whenever a high king becomes unable to rule.
They still recognise the True Warlock as the ultimate authority though.
